Law Poets Society is a student-led club aiming to foster creativity in law. Whether iambic pentameter, free verse, or haiku, our club welcomes anyone interested in poetry and prose.

As an independent club, we accept poetry from all veins and strains. Our goal is to create poetry reading circles and to accept contributions for our inaugural chapbook.

If you are interested in joining the club or having your poetry looked at and reviewed, please email

It’s the sweet law of men

They make wine from grapes

They make fire from coal

They make men from kisses
