Muslim Law Students' Association

Composed of a small but dedicated group of students, the MLSA seeks to raise awareness of issues affecting Muslims within the law school community.  We also seek to eradicate legal barriers to justice within the local Muslim community, and to provide support and advice for Muslims entering the legal profession.

Recent initiatives by the MLSA include a panel discussion on security certificates at the law school; participation in a joint interfaith project; fundraising campaigns for various causes (e.g. famine in Niger; earthquake in Pakistan); and social events like Iftaars for MLSA members and the law school community.
