In this class centered on copyright, free expression and antitrust caselaw, students will deepen their knowledge and advocacy skills studying cases centered on creativity, free speech and innovation.   The case will focus on the close reading of appellate caselaw on contemporary disputes in the art, media and tech industries and the class is specifically intended to improve analysis and oral argument skills.

Evaluation
Students will be evaluated based on a final paper -- centered on a case critique -- of 2500 to 3000 words (80%) and class participation (20%). Papers must be delivered to the Records Office by 4:00 p.m. on February 5, 2024.
