North American Workshop on Private Law Theory III

The North American Workshop on Private Law Theory (NAWPLT) was held at the University of Toronto on Oct 23-24th, 2015.This is the third NAWPLT, following the first workshop at McGill University and last year’s event at Harvard Law School. The workshop is intended to provide an informal venue for American and Canadian scholars to discuss works-in-progress in the area of private law theory.
