Sketches of the 2017 Grand Moot by artist Tanya Murdoch
Sketches of the 2017 Grand Moot by artist Tanya Murdoch

Artist-in-Residence, Tanya Murdoch, will be at the Faculty of Law during the academic year to interact with students in the JD program.

The Artist-in-Residence program will engage students through art-making, and document and share activities within the law school community through art on walls, on social media, and the gifting of art objects. The overarching goal is to create art that contributes to communal well-being.

Activities will focus on health and wellness, such as lunch-time drawing sessions, sketching sessions outside, and colouring sessions during exam periods. Murdoch is also available and interested in sketching key events, such as she did at the Grand Moot, and in engaging with alumni at select events.
