Editors-in-Chief Amit Singh and Angela Hou are delighted to announce that Volume 16 (2020) of the Journal of Law & Equality has been published

This issue features four timely and incisive articles that bring theoretical insights, legal analysis of public policy issues, and doctrinal arguments to bear on a wide range of issues. Topics include the constitutionality of the Federal government’s recent Canada Student Jobs Program attestation requirement, an analysis of two recent arbitral awards concerning the dismissal of nurses from their employment on grounds of their drug addiction, a critical race theory informed study of Canada’s ethno-racial legal clinics, and the prospects for recognizing parental undocumented status as an analogous ground of discrimination under the Charter.

An introduction and overview of each article is available in the Editors’ Note
