The new issue of the University of Toronto Law Journal (Volume 68 Issue 3, summer 2018 ) is a special issue on Indigenous Law. The four articles in this special feature include Prof. Douglas Sanderson's "The residue of imperium: Property and sovereignty on Indigenous lands."

The issue also includes a focus feature on "Procedural innovations in national security litigation," introduced by Prof. Kent Roach. Prof. Kent Roach, with Prof. Craig Forcese of the University of Ottawa, also contributes an article to this section on "The need to justify and limit procedural innovation in national security litigation."
