On February 16, TVO's The Agenda host Steve Paikin was joined by experts including Faculty of Law director of the International Human Rights Program (IHRP), Sandra Wisner, a Canadian lawyer; Farida Deif, director at Human Rights Watch Canada; Seth Kaplan, Professorial Lecturer in the Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS), Johns Hopkins University; and Samuel Moyn, Chancellor Kent Professor of Law and History, Yale University, for a debate on marking 75 years since the UN's Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
