Erika Bailey joined the Graduate Programs as the Graduate Career Advisor in May 2022. As a seasoned U of T professional of over 22 years, Erika also brings 12+ years of career and personal coaching, and over 6 years of international student advising. She brings academic research and publications including insights into adult education and identity formation, and on leadership in the context of social justice. As a career development thought-leader, writer, editor, and coach, Erika supports early- and mid-career transitions for professionals either establishing their careers in Canada and/or seeking to transition to new spheres of work.
