Adjunct Professor

Sharon Duffy, B.Com (McGill) 1996, LL.B. (Queens) 1999, LL.M. – ADR (Osgoode) 2016, was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2001. Her legal practice focuses on labour, employment, and human rights. Since 2018, Sharon has been a roster mediator for the Royal College of Dental Surgeons where she regularly acts as a neutral, in addition to her legal practice. In 2020, Sharon joined the City of Toronto’s employment law group. Prior to joining the City, she was Director and Legal Counsel for the Ontario Catholic School Trustees’ Association, where she led province-wide collective bargaining for Ontario’s 29 publicly-funded English Catholic school boards.
