Misha Boutilier, B.A. (Toronto) 2015, J.D. (Toronto), 2018, is Counsel to Chief Justice of Ontario Michael H. Tulloch at the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He graduated from the Faculty of Law as the gold medalist and Dean’s Key recipient, and was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2019. After graduating, he clerked for Justices Sharpe, Tulloch (as he then was), and Miller at the Court of Appeal for Ontario, and for Chief Justice of Canada Richard Wagner at the Supreme Court of Canada. Following those clerkships, and before joining Chief Justice Tulloch’s office, he worked as a litigation associate at Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan, LLP and as Commission Counsel with the Public Order Emergency Commission. He recently received the 2024 Ann Wilson and Robert Prichard Award for Community and Professional Service.
