Julie Han (B.A. (Hons) (University of Alberta) 2002; M.A. (York University) 2006; J.D. (University of Toronto) 2009) is partner in McMillan LLP’s P3 & Project Finance group, where her practice focuses on project financing transactions with particular emphasis on public-private-partnership (PPP) projects.  As a respected and trusted advisor to many of the largest and most established contractors, investors and financers of public infrastructure assets in Canada, Julie has been involved on some of the largest PPP projects to have reached financial close in Canada, including the Hurontario LRT Project, the Finch West LRT Project, the Pattullo Bridge Replacement Project and the New Bridge on the Saint Lawrence Project.  Julie has extensive experience in structuring project financing transactions across all asset classes and is recognized by her peers and clients as a leading infrastructure and project finance lawyer in Chambers Canada, Lexpert and Best Lawyers.
