Jane Kidner

Jane Kidner, B.A. (U of T) 1989, J.D. (U of T) 1992, LL.M. (ADR) (Osgoode) 2012, was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1994.  She practiced civil litigation for a few years before leaving private practice to join U of T Faculty of Law as Assistant Dean for 17 years. She later joined Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson) as Executive Director of the business school.  In 2012 Jane received her LL.M. in ADR and started mediating at the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, and over the last 10 years has conducted hundreds of mediations and coached professionals and leaders in complex unionized workplaces in conflict resolution strategies. Jane is a Qualified Mediator (Q.Med., ADRIC) and a certified Coach (A.C.C.).  Contact:  J.Kidner@live.com
