Diane Shnier

Diane Shnier, B.A. (McGill) 2015, J.D. (Toronto), 2018, is a Judicial Research Lawyer at the Court of Appeal for Ontario. Previously, she worked at a leading Toronto litigation firm, practicing in civil litigation, administrative law and criminal law. Prior to entering practice, Diane clerked at the Court of Appeal for Ontario for Associate Chief Justice Hoy and Justice Feldman, and at the Supreme Court of Canada for Justice Rowe.
