Externship Advisor

Cory Lynch is a Deputy Director in the City of Toronto’s Legal Services and has practiced in the area of Municipal Law at the City of Toronto since 2010. Cory’s expertise covers a number of areas including elections law, municipal accountability mechanisms, board and Council procedures and other areas of Municipal law. Cory supports a number of City divisions and agencies, including the City Clerk’s Office, City Manager’s Office, Municipal Licensing and Standards Division, the Dangerous Dog Review Tribunal and the Board of Governors of Exhibition Place. Cory regularly attends Council, committee and board meetings to respond to legal issues raised by members of Council.
