Colleen McKeown

Colleen McKeown, B.A., M.Sc., J.D., has been practicing in criminal defence, with a focus on appellate litigation, since her call to the bar. She has argued appeals at every level of court in Ontario and has appeared and made submissions on behalf of the Criminal Lawyers’ Association in interventions at the Supreme Court. Colleen has also acted as research lawyer to a committee of the Canadian Judicial Council and has written a chapter for Prosecuting and Defending Sexual Offences (2nd ed., 2020).
