Christina Sibian

Christina Sibian has been an Assistant Crown Attorney for 10 years, most recently with the Guns and Gangs Office since 2022. Prior to that she worked in the Peel Crown Attorney's Office and completed her Articles of Clerkship with the Crown Law Office-Criminal. During her career, she has conducted numerous trials and argued multiple appeals in the Superior Court of Justice, litigating in both official languages. She has argued Charter cases in both the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice. Christina has authored a number of publications for Mack's Criminal Law Bulletin, particularly in the area of search and seizure.
