The COVID-19 pandemic has fundamentally altered the employment landscape. How have workers' rights been affected by the pandemic? How will these pandemic experiences shape the law of work in a post-pandemic world? Can employers require that workers be vaccinated? Save the date and join Jennifer Fehr, Downtown Legal Services, and Rita De Fazio, IAVGO Community Legal Clinic, for an engaging presentation and Q&A that will explore what legislation, regulations and common law govern workers' rights in Ontario.
