Jeffrey Trossman serves as Senior Counsel in the top-tier Blakes Tax group, having previously led the group as National Practice Group Leader for over 15 years. He provides strategic tax advice on domestic and cross-border transactions and also assists clients in managing tax audits and resolving tax disputes at all levels in the audit and appeal process.

Amanda Heale's tax advisory practice focuses on tax controversy and litigation, international tax and transfer pricing. Amanda has been involved in some of Canada’s most significant tax disputes, including the first and only transfer pricing case heard by the Supreme Court of Canada (Canada v. GlaxoSmithKline Inc., 2012 SCC 52).

Michael Lubetsky's diverse practice focuses on tax litigation. He acts regularly in complex commercial disputes.

Timothy Fitzsimmons is a partner in the Toronto office of PwC Law. His practice focuses on tax dispute resolution and litigation. He also advises charities and not-for-profits on tax and compliance matters.
