Each year, the IHRP sends approximately 20 law students abroad to work alongside international human rights practitioners at governmental, non-governmental and United Nations organizations. Through the internship program, students conduct legal research, provide legal services and carry out legal literacy education.

Please join us on September 25th to hear from four of the 2008 interns who will discuss the legal issues engaged during their internships working on: refugee rights in Thailand, property rights and land reform in South Africa, democracy and electoral practices in Albania, and human trafficking.
