 Join us for an in depth discussion on the ethical and professional issues faced by corporate and in-house counsel. 

The program includes three paper presentations on current topics (Ethical Considerations of Corporate Counsel in Complex Transactions; Ethical Decision Making by Corporate Lawyers – Does the Organization Matter?; and The Regulation of In-house Counsel: Opening the Pandora’s Box of Professional Independence) and a lively, interactive panel discussion of fact problems that deal with ethical issues faced by counsel.
