The UTLaw Student Animal Legal Defense Fund and the American Bar Association's Animal Law

Committee will host a discussion of breed-specific legislation that will include its history and overview,

the costs associated with breed-specific legislation, the growing list of failures and a case study of

Toronto, Ontario. The second part of the program will address an alternative approach: Responsible Pet

Ownership Communities. More details on panelists will be added when available.

The event will run from 4:00 - 6.00 pm,
