Yoram Margalioth teaches Tax law; Tax Policy course and Workshop; Tax, Welfare and Economic Growth seminar, and is the academic supervisor of the Micro-business and Social Justice Clinical Law Program. Studied law at the Hebrew University; clerked for Supreme Court Justice S. Nethanyahu; worked as a state tax attorney representing the government in tax cases before the Supreme Court; LL.M. (in taxation) and J.S.D. at N.Y.U. Prior to joining Tel Aviv Law Faculty, was a faculty member at the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya; visited N.Y.U.; and served for a year as deputy director of the International Tax Program at Harvard Law School. He is an outside director of IDB Development Corp Ltd; and is in charge of the Law Faculty’s Student Exchange Programs.
