About SPINLAW:

SPINLAW, the Student Public Interest Network Legal Action Workshop, is an annual conference organized by students from University of Toronto, Faculty of Law and York University's Osgoode Hall Law School. The goal of the conference is to raise awareness and generate discussion about a variety of public interest legal issues. The conference creates a space for students, academics, lawyers and community members to share their experiences and perspectives on public interest legal issues and the status of social justice in Canada and abroad. It provides an opportunity for students to learn about public interest law in general as well as specific issues in the field, to voice their opinions and concerns on public interest topics, and to meet and network with a number of notable individuals in the field of public interest law.
