Virginia Mantouvalou has published extensively on human rights and labour law. She works on legal and philosophical aspects of labour rights and other human rights. In her research, she examines workers’ exploitation, structural injustice, capabilities theory, global labour justice, privacy and free speech, protection from unfair dismissal, the right to work, the rights of undocumented workers, domestic labour, modern slavery.

The Legal Theory Workshop is not open to the general public. We welcome individuals affiliated with the Faculty of Law and closely related departments, including political science, philosophy, criminology, history and the Centre for Ethics.
