Justice Against Domination

Friday, October 4, 2013
12:30 - 2:00
Solarium (room FA2) - Falconer Hall
84 Queen's Park

Shapiro develops the core institutional implications of his account of justice as non-domination.  In an extended engagement with liberal, constitutionalist, and republican political thinking since the American founding, he shows why majoritarian institutions are preferable from the standpoint of non-domination.

A light lunch will be served.
