Join the Canadian Association for Refugee Lawyers (CARL)-UofT Chapter and Downtown Legal Services in an engaging student-led discussion regarding the Refugee and Immigration Division's recent work drafting the intervening factum on behalf of CARL national.

We will be discussing the case, the student's experience working on the factum as well as reflect on the importance of understanding administrative law as future practitioners in immigration and refugee law.
