Law and Philosophy provides a forum for excellent scholarship by legal theorists and philosophers.  This event is aimed at early career scholars who would like to know more about how (and what) to publish in this journal. Associate editors, Larissa Katz and David Plunkett, will host an online event on March 29 at 9:30-10:30AM (EST) to offer general advice and to answer your questions.

Larissa Katz holds the Canada Research Chair in Private Law Theory. Prior to joining the Faculty of Law in 2013, Professor Katz clerked for the late Justice Charles D. Gonthier at the Supreme Court of Canada, worked in litigation at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP (NYC) and taught at Queen’s University, Faculty of Law.  She writes about property law, equity and procedural rights in private law.

David Plunkett is an Associate Professor in the Philosophy Department at Dartmouth College.  His core areas of current research include ethics (especially metaethics), philosophy of law, philosophy of language, philosophical methodology, and epistemology.
