The presentation will explore what public interest means when it comes to representing a right to dignity and equality at work and what it means when it comes to upholding that right in practice at the Indian workplace.

 

The case of Vishaka v. State of Rajasthan provided a landmark basis for promoting "healthy workplaces" yet despite this, how receptive is the public interest to a "healthy workplace" beyond sick leave.
