We have arrived at the crossroads of Big Data, Big Tech and Competition Policy, but before we decide on the best course ahead, it's important to carefully reflect on exactly where we are. Co-hosted by University of Toronto Law School and Torys LLP, this panel of experts - including representatives from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and the Competition Bureau - will seek to draw some lines and clarity on these issues and add to the basic building blocks of a path forward: analysis, enforcement tools, and institutions.
