Instructions

Please complete all of the fields below in order to register for the barrister or solicitor bar examination preparation courses. Once you have completed the registration form, you will be provided with a link for making your payment. Your registration is not complete until you have completed the payment.

Program Information

All students registered in the Bar Examination Prep Course (BEPC) must be registered to write the Law Society of Upper Canada (LSUC) licensing exams. Students are responsible for paying all Law Society licensing fees and bringing their materials to class.  Neither is included in the BEPC program tuition.

Program Cancellation

The course may be cancelled due to insufficient enrollment.  Any such decisions will be made prior to the program start date. If the program is cancelled, tuition fees will be refunded to the students.

Program Withdrawal

Requests to withdraw from the BEPC program must be submitted to the ITLP in writing. Refunds (less a $100 administrative fee) will only be given if the written request to withdraw is received 3 weeks prior to the first class . No refunds will be granted after this time.
