Law Games

Law Games

Early in the second term each year, law students from across Canada gather at a host law school to participate in a wide variety of competitive sports and social events. This event is known as Law Games.

The competitions and events include:

  • Academic Competitions (Moot Court, Speech or Trivia)
  • Athletic Competitions (Basketball, Volleyball, Dodge-ball, Water Polo, Hockey, Kick Ball etc.)
  • Talent show, pub crawls and other team social events

Law Games are fun and a great way for law students to meet their counterparts at other Canadian schools. It is the largest gathering of Canadian law students.

This year, Law Games will be held at Windsor Law School from January 7th-11th, 2013. The co-captains this year are Sierra Yates Robart (sierra.robart@utoronto.ca), Nick Charleton (nicholas.charleton@utoronto.ca), and Justin McLarty (justin.mclarty@utoronto.ca).
