The Equity Workshop: Friday September 30, 2022 and Saturday October 1, 2022

The Group Ownership Workshop is a small annual workshop that is intended to support the development of rigorous, original scholarship on the law of equity, including its substantive, procedural and institutional dimensions. We welcome work that is historical, doctrinal, economic, or philosophical in nature. Papers presented at the workshop may address equity from a general systemic perspective, or focus on the nature and operation of particular equitable principles, doctrines or maxims.
This is a joint workshop with the Faculty of Law, University of Toronto and Notre Dame.
