Journal of Law and Equality

The Journal of Law & Equality (JLE) is a peer reviewed, student-run journal at the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law. Our mandate is to promote critical and informed debate on issues of equality, with a special emphasis on the Canadian context. The JLE publishes research articles, case comments, notes and book reviews by a diverse group of commentators from across Canada and internationally, including professors, practitioners, and students. The JLE appears annually.

The JLE accepts submissions on an ongoing basis, with reviewing periods in the fall and winter. Submissions should conform with the JLE Style Manual (PDF).

Submissions should be sent to jle.submissions@utoronto.ca.

Questions or comments can be sent to Liam Churchill and Elizabeth Jackman, Editors-in-Chief, at jle.editor@utoronto.ca.
