Nader Hasan

Nader R. Hasan, A.B. (Harvard) 2002, M.Phil (Cambridge) 2003, J.D. (University of Toronto) 2006. After graduating from the Faculty of Law in 2006, Mr. Hasan served as law clerk to the Honorable Marshall Rothstein at the Supreme Court of Canada. Mr. Hasan practices criminal defense and constitutional law with the Toronto law firm Ruby Shiller Chan Hasan. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Hasan worked at the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, practicing in the areas of commercial litigation, civil rights and criminal law.
