Adjunct Professor

Tami Moscoe (B.A., Western 1993, LL.B. Osgoode ’96) serves as Senior Family Counsel for the Office of the Chief Justice, Superior Court of Justice.  In this role, she provides legal, policy and operational advice to the SCJ executive judges regarding all issues relating to family law and child protection across Ontario.  She has advanced many access to justice initiatives including Unified Family Court expansion, expanded access to unbundled legal services for family cases and family court process improvements.  Prior to joining government, she worked for many years as an associate in the family law group at Torkin Manes where she handled all aspects of family law disputes.
