Omo Akintan is the University Pension Plan's Chief People Officer. She holds a JD from U of T (2004) and practiced as a labour, employment and human rights lawyer for the City of Toronto for 13 years. Until January 2022, she led the City of Toronto's People and Equity Division. She is passionate about people, equity and social justice.
