Drew Morier

Drew Morier, B.A. (Manitoba) 1996, LL.B. & B.C.L. (McGill) 2000, was called to the Bar of Ontario in 2002, of Quebec in 2003, and of Alberta in 2010. Drew is a partner in the Tax Department at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP, where he provides Canadian tax advice on M&A transactions, corporate reorganizations, and corporate finance. Drew specializes in advising multinational clients on the Canadian tax implications of investing into Canada and expanding out of Canada.
