Dennis Mahony, LL.B (Toronto) is a partner and the head of Torys’ Environmental, Health and Safety Group and Co-Chair of the firm's Climate Change and Emissions Trading Practice.  He conceived, co-wrote and edits The Law of Climate Change in Canada. He is certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Environmental Law and has been recognized over the years as one of Canada's leading practitioners, including in: Chambers & Partners’ Chambers Global: World’s Leading Lawyers for Business, The Client’s Guide – Leading lawyer in environment; Lexpert/ALM’s Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory; Practical Law Company’s Which Lawyer?
