The University of Toronto Journal of Law and Equality

Journal of Law and EqualityDescription

The Journal of Law & Equality promotes critical and informed debate on issues of equality, with special emphasis on the Canadian context. It publishes research articles, case comments, notes, and book reviews by a diverse group of commentators from across Canada and internationally, including professors, practitioners, and students. The journal appears biannually, with one issue in the winter and one in the spring. 

The submissions deadline for the Spring 2009 issue is February 16, 2009. The journal also accepts submissions on an ongoing basis.
