Canadian Constitution Foundation Club

The primary goal of the Canadian Constitution Foundation club at the Faculty is to provide students with a forum to hear about ideas that do not find their ways into the classroom. The club hosts debates between conservatives and liberals, libertarians and socialists, and academics and practitioners from across the political spectrum.

Annual Conference

The club also participates in an annual conference. The 2007 annual conference will include over 25 speakers. Keynote speakers include Justice Rothstein of the Supreme Court of Canada and Professor Charles Fried of Harvard Law School.

Joining the club is a great way to learn how law and public policy intersect.

Internships

The club provides opportunities for its members to intern at organizations like the Canadian Taxpayers Federation, the Canadian Constitutional Foundation, and other similar institutes.

While non-partisan, the club is dedicated to allowing students an opportunity to hear about ideas that promote individual liberty.
