Getting Their Priorities Straight

Professor Flood spoke in the session about “Who calls the shots? — the role of key players in priority setting”, which covered the following topics:

- The reasonableness of decision-making and appeal rights
- Rights, ethics and saying ‘no’
- What are the outcomes from different perspectives?
