Test Case Litigation Clinic

Prof. Ed MorganThe Test Case Litigation Clinic initiative, led Professor Ed Morgan, involves the use of students on current constitutional and human rights issues through the litigation process. The Clinic has conducted cases on behalf of the Canadian Jewish Congress, the African Canadian Legal Clinic, the Assembly of First Nations and the Green Party of Canada. Recently, the Clinic intervened in the same-sex marriage case before the Ontario Court of Appeal. The Clinic has a number of cases on the go or in the start-up phase, and pursues litigation through all levels of the court system.
