Alumna Pamela Nadler Emmerich receives honorary fellowship

(May 17, 2011) Faculty of Law graduate and New York philanthropist Pamela Nadler Emmerich, LLB 1981, will receive an honorary fellowship from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem on June 11, 2012, at the university’s 75th International Board of Governors meeting and annual convocation. In an announcement by the American Friends of the Hebrew University, a national, not-for-profit organization based in the United States, Nadler Emmerich will be “recognized for her dedication and leadership in a wide array of philanthropic, educational and Jewish communal causes.” She is also an alumna of the Hebrew University’s Rothberg International School.

Nadler Emmerich currently serves as president emeritus of the AFHU Greater New York Regional Board. She also serves on the national board of directors and is an active member of the organization’s management, campaign and executive committees. Previously, she served on the President’s Council for Young Leadership. 

Pamela Nadler Emmerich began her career as a tax attorney at Davis Polk & Wardell and then continued her practice at Jones, Day, Reavis & Pogue.
