Tracy Pratt

Tracy Pratt  B.A. (University of Western Ontario) 1988, L.L.B. (Dalhousie) 1992 is a partner at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP.  Tracy has a diverse litigation practice with a strong focus on securities litigation, including regulatory proceedings and prosecutions, contested merger and acquisition transactions and class actions. In 2001, Tracy was seconded to the Enforcement Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission and continued thereafter to act for the Commission in a number of enforcement matters. As enforcement counsel, she was involved in numerous OSC investigations, proceedings and hearings. As defence counsel, she has represented clients facing various regulatory offences or quasi-criminal charges under the Securities Act and defendants in securities-related class actions.
