Robert Raizenne

Robert Raizenne is a partner in the Montreal office of Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP. He has extensive experience in a wide variety of commercial transactions and tax planning matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations and restructurings, corporate finance and trusts.  He is currently sessional lecturer in Corporate Tax at McGill University’s Faculty of Law, and is a frequent speaker at conferences sponsored by the Canadian Tax Foundation, the Canadian chapter of the International Fiscal Association and other professional organizations and associations. Robert is a past president of the Canadian branch of the International Fiscal Association. He is a member of both the Bar of Quebec and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
