Richard Blair, LLB (Toronto) 1986, is a partner in the Toronto labour law firm Ryder Wright Blair & Holmes, a labour law firm with particular expertise litigating in the public and broader public sectors. Prior to joining his current firm as a partner in 1995, he was an associate with Cavalluzzo Hayes Shilton McIntyre & Cornish. He has practised labour and employment law for unions and employees since his call to the bar in 1988. His practise has been primarily focused in public sector labour law for over 20 years.
