P. Andras Schreck, B.A. (Hon.) (Concordia) 1990, M.A. (Toronto) 1991, LL.B. (Toronto) 1994, called to the Bar of Ontario in 1996, certified by the Law Society of Upper Canada as a Specialist in Criminal Law in 2003.  Mr. Schreck is a partner at the firm of Schreck Presser LLP and practices criminal law.  He has argued numerous cases in the Supreme Court of Canada and the Ontario Court of Appeal.  Mr. Schreck is a Vice-President of the Ontario Criminal Lawyers’ Association and frequently contributes to continuing legal education programs for lawyers and judges.
