Noel Semple

Noel Semple, J.D. (U. of Toronto), Ph.D (Osgoode Hall) is a SSHRC Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, and Visiting Scholar in Residence at the Centre for the Legal Profession.  Noel was called to the Ontario bar in 2008 after completing articles at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP, in Toronto.  Noel's areas of interest include civil procedure, dispute resolution, and family law, in addition to legal ethics and the legal profession. His work has appeared in the Osgoode Hall Law Journal, the Canadian Journal of Women and the Law, and the Family Court Review, among other journals.  Further information about his work is available at www.noelsemple.ca.
