Moira Gracey

Moira Gracey, B.A (Hons) (Toronto) 1991, LL.B. (Toronto) 2000, LL.M. (Arizona) 2005, called to the Bar of Ontario 2002. After graduating from the Faculty of Law in 2000, Ms. Gracey has practiced at Carranza LLP, a plaintiff personal injury firm, while maintaining an interest in international indigenous rights. She received her LL.M. from the Indigenous Peoples Law and Policy Program at the University of Arizona, serving as a fellow under Prof. S. James Anaya, and since graduation has served as co-counsel to the Maya villages of the Toledo District of Belize in the Maya Land Rights case and subsequent litigation.
